About the Developers

Larry Phillips of Estill Springs, Dino Roberts of Franklin, and Greg Morgan of Columbia have partnered together to develop Twin Creeks Village. Larry has been building in the Winchester and surrounding areas for many years and his projects include Cypress Point, Cypress Estates and Canterbury Chase. Dino Roberts has developed numerous residential and commercial projects throughout Middle Tennessee totaling nearly 3000 residential lots and several hundred thousand feet of commercial space. Dino is a former builder and past president of the Homebuilders Association of Tennessee and has won numerous awards and accolades from professional trade organizations for his work. Greg Morgan is a partner in Black Rock Excavation and the owner of Morgan Services and has over twenty years of experience in site work for land development.

Ole South Properties is the builder of the town home project at Twin Creeks Village. Ole South Properties is the largest independently-owned home builder in the state and builds single family homes and town homes throughout Middle Tennessee. Ole South is currently building homes in over 16 neighborhoods throughout Middle Tennessee and has a well established track record of building communities with amenities and features that help families grow and thrive. Phase One of Twin Creeks Village will feature 11 floor plans developed by Ole South Properties ranging from 1231 to 2011 square feet.
